Job Description / Responsibility
- Supervising daily sales and trade marketing activities
- Forecasting market demand and achieving acquired sales target
- Enhancing trade relations with different traders and customers
- Ensuring sustainable growth of market share
- Implementing the organizational policies & strategies to compete with competitors
Educational Requirements
Minimum Masters or equivalent degree in any discipline from any well reputed university
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in FMCG sales
- Candidates having sales experience in Condensed Milk, Powdered Milk & Tea will be given preference
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work in a team environment
- Self-driven, hardworking and result-oriented
- Ability to ride motorbike
