About the Fellowship

The MCW Global Young Leaders Fellowship 2026 is a transformative leadership experience for individuals aged 18 to 26 who are committed to driving change in their local communities.

Participants gain hands-on experience in leadership, community development, and project design through a structured, three-phase model:

A one-month virtual segment where fellows analyze community challenges and opportunities using mapping and participatory tools.

2. In-Person Training – Vision Planning and Project Development (July 21–30, 2026)

A 10-day intensive training held in New York and Burlington, Vermont, hosted at New York University (NYU) and Champlain College. Fellows collaborate with experts, peers, and facilitators to design actionable solutions to community challenges.

3. Virtual Implementation and Mentorship (August 2026–July 2027)
