Whether you have prior experience in the nonprofit sector or are exploring nonprofit entrepreneurship for the first time, our structured process equips you with the skills, mentorship, and funding needed to succeed.

For the upcoming cohort, we have identified high-impact ideas that align with global priorities:
- Kangaroo Care for low-birth-weight babies
- Livelihood-focused nonprofit evaluator
- Advocacy for used lead-acid battery recycling regulation
- Differentiated learning for foundational literacy and numeracy
- Using mass communication to improve learning outcomes

The Application Process
Our five-stage selection process ensures we identify individuals with the greatest potential to start and scale impactful organizations:
- Written Application (~30 min) – A short form with multiple-choice and open-ended questions.
- Test Task 1 (~3 hours) – A structured framework to assess personal career priorities and trade-offs.
- Recorded Interview (~30 min) – A screening interview assessing key entrepreneurial traits.
- Test Task 2 (~3 hours) – A challenge testing skills essential for founding a charity.
- In-Depth Interview (~60 min) – A final interview with our recruitment team.
The full process takes approximately 10 hours to complete.
