About the Role

As Migration Programme Manager, you will play a critical role in scaling migration programs that address irregular migration, legal migration, and reintegration efforts. You will directly manage high-impact projects, oversee project managers, and engage with international stakeholders to drive change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management (50%) – Lead the Scaling Up STEM Talent from Africa in Europe (SUSTAIN) project, making critical decisions on budget, personnel, and partnerships in Brussels, Dublin, and Berlin.
  • Project Directorship (30%) – Supervise project managers, ensure compliance with donor requirements, and provide strategic oversight.
  • External Representation & Business Development (10%) – Represent Seefar at conferences, roundtables, and meetings to drive partnerships and program growth.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance (5%) – Support the Programme Excellence Unit in improving budgeting, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Strategy & Innovation (5%) – Contribute to organizational strategy and technology innovation.

  • Have strong digital and budgeting skills, with experience using Google Suite and project management tools like Wrike.
  • Be comfortable representing Seefar at high-level external engagements.
