The International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) is an international organisation dedicated to shaping effective and sustainable migration policies. With 21 Member States and operations in over 90 countries, ICMPD takes a comprehensive approach to migration, integrating policy research, cooperation, community engagement, and capacity development.
Founded in 1993, ICMPD is headquartered in Vienna, Austria, with a liaison office in Brussels. It holds UN observer status and collaborates with EU institutions, UN agencies, and over 200 partners worldwide.
