Eligibility Criteria

The McCain Institute Junior Fellows Program 2026 is open to both undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled in accredited higher education institutions. Applicants should demonstrate a strong academic background and a genuine interest in international relations, political science, public policy, human rights, or related fields.

Candidates must also meet the following requirements:

• Authorization to work or intern in the United States during the program term

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
