UNLEASH, a global non-profit organization based in Copenhagen, is looking for two Student Assistants to join its dynamic and international team. These part-time positions offer the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in communications, innovation, and program management while contributing to a global mission that empowers young changemakers to drive sustainable impact.

- Communications Student Assistant
- Programs Student Assistant

Position 1: Communications Student Assistant
As the Communications Student Assistant, you will:
- Co-create and implement UNLEASH’s communications strategy.
- Draft and schedule social media and blog posts.
- Edit videos for social media, website, and learning content.
- Support website maintenance and updates.
- Prepare communication materials for partners, participants, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in higher education (preferably BA or early MA level).
- Studying Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, IT, and Adobe skills are an advantage.
Position 2: Programs Student Assistant
As the Programs Student Assistant, you will:
- Support the planning and execution of UNLEASH programs and activities.
- Coordinate with facilitators, participants, and partners.
- Assist with logistics, materials, and communication before and after programs.
- Contribute to content development for sessions and events.
- Support monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) activities.
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in higher education (preferably BA or early MA level).
- Studying Global Development, Business, Social Entrepreneurship, Innovation, or related fields.
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English; Danish is an advantage.
- Strong IT and Excel skills preferred.
Working Conditions and Benefits
- Based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
- Work 15–20 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
- Full-time commitment required between June 15 and July 10, 2025, during program implementation.
