আইফেল এক্সিলেন্স স্কলারশিপ ফ্রান্সের ইউরো অ্যান্ড ফরেন অ্যাফেয়ার্স মন্ত্রণালয়ের একটি প্রোগ্রাম। উচ্চশিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে মাস্টার্স এবং পিএইচডি প্রোগ্রামে বিদেশি শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য এই আইফেল এক্সিলেন্স স্কলারশিপ। আইফেল এক্সিলেন্স স্কলারশিপে মাস্টার্স এবং পিএইচডি প্রোগ্রামের আবেদন কেবল ফরাসি উচ্চশিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানগুলোয় জমা দিতে।
আইফেল এক্সিলেন্স স্কলারশিপ শিক্ষার্থীদের পেশাদার দক্ষতা অর্জনের জন্য ইন্টার্নশিপের সুযোগ দেয়। ইন্টার্নশিপে ইচ্ছুক শিক্ষার্থীদের তাদের প্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে আবেদনের মাধ্যমে একটি চুক্তি সম্পন্ন করতে হয়।

এ বৃত্তির সুবিধাসমূহ
- আইফেল প্রোগ্রামের বৃত্তিতে টিউশন ফি মিলবে না। এ বৃত্তিতে শিক্ষার্থীদের সর্বোত্তম আর্থিক সহায়তা দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করা হয়।
- সরকারি শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠানের শিক্ষার্থীরা, ফরাসি সরকারের বৃত্তিধারী হিসেবে তালিকাভুক্তি ফি থেকে অব্যাহতি পায়।
- মাস্টার্স: আইফেল স্কলারশিপে মাসে ভাতা ১ হাজার ১৪১ ইউরো (বুধবার বিকেলের হিসাবে ১ ইউরো সমান ১১৭ টাতা ৮৩ পয়সা ধরে ১ লাখ ৩৯ হাজার ১৫৬ টাকা)। এর মধ্যে ১ হাজার ৩১ ইউরো রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ ভাতা এবং ১৫০ ইউরো মাসিক উপবৃত্তি হিসেবে দেওয়া হয়। এ ছাড়া বিমানে নিজ দেশে যাওয়া–আসার টিকিট, স্বাস্থ্য বিমা, সাংস্কৃতিক কার্যক্রমসহ অনেক সুবিধা দেয়।
- পিএইচডি: আইফেল স্কলারশিপে পিএইচডি পর্যায়ে মাসে ভাতা ১ হাজার ৪০০ ইউরো। এ ছাড়া বিমানে নিজ দেশে যাওয়া–আসার টিকিট, স্বাস্থ্য বিমা, সাংস্কৃতিক কার্যক্রমসহ অনেক সুবিধা দেয়।
- এ ছাড়া বাসস্থান পাবেন।
আবেদনের যোগ্যতা
আইফেল বৃত্তিতে আবেদনের জন্য আবেদনকারীর নিম্নলিখিত যোগ্যতাসমূহ থাকা আবশ্যক—
- উচ্চশিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান প্রাসঙ্গিক সার্টিফিকেটপ্রাপ্ত হতে হবে;
- উন্নয়নশীল দেশের নাগরিকদের মাস্টার্সে আবেদনের জন্য বয়স ২৫–এর ওপরে হতে হবে;
- শিল্পোন্নত দেশ থেকে পিএইচডিতে আবেদনের জন্য বয়স ৩০–এর ওপরে হতে হবে।

The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program was established by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs to enable French higher education institutions to attract top foreign students to enroll in their masters and PhD programs.
It gives opportunity to the future foreign decision-makers of the private and public sectors, in priority areas of study, and encourages applicants up to 25 years old from developing countries at master’s level, and applicants up to 30 years old from developing and industrialized countries at PhD level.

Developed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program provides annual training for future foreign decision-makers in the public and private sectors in degree programs at the Master’s and Doctoral levels. Applications are submitted exclusively by French higher education institutions.
PRESENTATION OF THE EIFFEL EXCELLENCE SCHOLARSHIP
Program objectives
The Eiffel scholarship program is a tool developed by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs to assist French institutions of higher education in attracting the best foreign students to Master’s and Doctoral/Phd degree programs.
It trains future foreign decision-makers from the private and public sectors in priority areas of study and encourages applications from students in emerging countries at the Master’s level and in emerging and industrialized countries at the PhD level.
Areas of Study
The two main disciplinary fields for the Eiffel scholarships cover the following seven areas of study for the Master’s and Doctorate elements:
For Science and Technology
- Biology and Health
- Ecological Transition
- Mathematics and Digital
- Engineering Sciences
For Humanities and Social Sciences
- History, French language and civilization
- Law and political science
- Economics and management
Levels of Study
French higher education institutions who submit candidates to the Eiffel program agree to enroll them:
- in courses leading to a master’s degree
- in an engineering program
- in a joint doctoral program (joint supervision of dissertation and/or dual degree), in partnership with a partner institution abroad.
Duration of the scholarship
Master’s level
- a maximum of 12 months when enrolling in an M2
- a maximum of 24 months when enrolling in an M1
- a maximum of 36 months for the completion of an engineering degree
Doctorate level
The Eiffel scholarship is awarded for a period of 12 months in France.
Benefits included
Master’s level
Eiffel scholarship holders receive a monthly allowance of €1,181, to which is added several services: International transportation, national transportation, insurance, housing searches, cultural activities, etc.
Doctorate level
Eiffel scholarship holders a monthly stipend of €1,700 to which is added several services:: international transportation, national transportation, insurance, housing searches, cultural activities, etc.
For both elements of the program, tuition fees are not covered by the Eiffel program.
HOW TO APPLY FOR THE EIFFEL SCHOLARSHIP
First Step
- Contact Campus France in your country of origin or the French Embassy’s Cooperation and Cultural Action Department, who can guide you and advise you on your study plans.
- To learn about the procedures and deadlines for submitting an application, contact the international relations department of a French institution via its website, by e-mail or by telephone.
- It’s up to you to choose the school or university that best fits your plans for studying in France.
All French higher education institutions can submit applications.
Second Step
- The institution accepts and supports your application for the Eiffel scholarship
- The institution submits your application online via the dedicated Campus France website
Applications sent directly by students or by foreign institutions will be declared ineligible.
