আবেদনের যোগ্যতা
এমবিএ ডিগ্রি বা যেকোনো বিষয়ে ডিগ্রি থাকলে আবেদন করা যাবে। তবে ব্যাংকিং, ফিন্যান্স, ম্যানেজমেন্ট, অর্থনীতি, গণিত, পরিসংখ্যানে স্নাতকোত্তর ডিগ্রি থাকলে বাড়তি যোগ্যতা বলে গণ্য হবে। স্নাতক ও স্নাতকোত্তরে সিজিপিএ–৪.০০ স্কেলে কমপক্ষে ৩.২৫ থাকতে হবে। প্রফেশনাল সার্টিফিকেট অতিরিক্ত যোগ্যতা হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে।
ইংরেজিতে লেখা ও কথা বলায় সাবলীল হতে হবে। মাইক্রোসফট অফিস অ্যাপ্লিকেশনে পারদর্শী হতে হবে। ব্যাংকে ও ব্যাংকের বাইরে খুব ভালো উপস্থাপনা করার ক্ষমতাসহ বিশ্লেষণাত্মক দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
বেতন
ম্যানেজমেন্ট ট্রেইনি পদে নির্বাচিত ব্যক্তিদের এক বছরের প্রশিক্ষণকালে মাসে বেতন হবে ৬০ হাজার টাকা। প্রশিক্ষণ সফলভাবে সমাপ্তির পর ‘সিনিয়র এক্সিকিউটিভ অফিসার’ হিসেবে ব্যাংকে চাকরি স্থায়ী করা হবে এবং মাসিক বেতন হবে ৮০ হাজার টাকা।

Job Responsibilities
- The Trainees will undergo an extensive on-the-job training for a period of 12 months on the overall Operations of the Bank which will include the coaching, mentoring and sessions on enhancing the soft skills including the leadership and people management capacities.
- The Management Trainees will specially be trained on Technical and Soft Skills including the Negotiation Skills and Art of Customer Services focusing both the Retail and Corporate Banking clients so that they will be eventually take over the Leading Role in the Bank and perform independently in order to achieve the goals and objectives of the Bank with ambition.

Educational Requirements
- MBA or Basic Degree in any discipline preferably in Banking, Finance, Management, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics with post graduate qualifications from a recognized University (acceptable to the Bank)
- Professional Certifications will be considered as added advantage.
- Must possess a minimum CGPA of 3.25 (out of 4.00) for both Graduation and Post-graduation Degrees
- Must demonstrate excellent communication skills in both oral and written English
- Should be well conversant with MS Office applications
- Should demonstrate very good analytical skills with the ability to make presentations both within and outside the Bank
- Should posses excellent numeric skills, maintain accuracy and prompt in service delivery

- Diploma in Banking and/or other relevant field of studies or attending Course on Negotiation Skills will be treated as an added advantage

Salary
- During the period of 12 months Training as Management Trainee the candidates will be paid an all-inclusive Training Allowance of Tk. 60,000 per month. On successful completion of the training, the trainees will be absorbed into the permanent cadre of the Bank as `Senior Executive Officer` at a starting Gross Salary of Tk.80,000 per
